Salmon & Salsa

Mmm-mmm!
Just finshed dinner and was it ever gooooood!

I had a salmon fillet that G-rod had given to me the other night from one of his recent fishing trips. It was just big enough for Hotness and I to have for a meal (along with some rice and a salad).

For the salmon, I sprinkled dill on it and layered lemon slices all over it. Then I wrapped it in foil and cooked it in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 35 - 40 mins.
In the meantime I mixed up a salsa recipe I had found; Kiwi, Pomogranate, Avocado salsa.
Ooooh! Man did it go well with the fish!

I'm going to have to make that salsa again. It was scrumptrulescent!
